Bryan Lim
@blimskills
I've played soccer since I was four years old and started freestyling at eight — and I haven't put the ball down since. I compete in MLS Next, the top youth soccer league in the country, and I create content that turns everyday touches into skills people actually want to learn. My videos have crossed 20 million views and reached kids in 50+ countries, and I use that platform to teach technique, share honest brand collaborations, and show what disciplined, creative practice looks like.
Watch my stuff
A look at what I post: skill showcases, step-by-step tutorials, and honest reviews of the training tools I actually use.
My most-watched skill video, posted across both platforms — this is the one that put blimskills in front of the world.
A breakdown of the Rodrygo flick-up — a clean, game-ready move to add to your bag.
A juggling tutorial made with Skorva, an AI training app — send in a video of yourself juggling, shooting, or dribbling, and it rates your technique and gives personalized feedback to help you improve. I only work with products I'd actually use myself.
Juggling vs. Freestyle
Two skills, same ball, different goals — here's how I think about the difference.
Juggling
Juggling is the fundamental skill of keeping the ball off the ground using your feet, thighs, chest, and head, without letting it drop. It's a measure of control and consistency — the longer the streak, the sharper the touch. It's the base every serious player builds on, and it's where I started at age four.
Freestyle
Freestyle takes juggling a step further by adding creativity — stalls, flicks, around-the-worlds, transitions between body parts — turning basic control into a performance. It's less about how long you can keep the ball up and more about what you can make it do. I've been developing that side of my game since I was eight.
